Dr. Robert Suchow, DMD

Meet Dr. Suchow, a dedicated and experienced periodontist who has proudly served the Hunterdon County community since establishing his practice in Whitehouse Station in 1986. His comprehensive journey in dentistry began with a strong academic foundation, earning a BA in Biology (Magna Cum Laude) from Bowdoin College and his doctorate from the College of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine). Following three years as a general dentist, Dr. Suchow's passion led him to specialize in periodontics at Rutgers.

Driven by the rapid and exciting advancements in periodontal care, particularly in understanding the host response to chronic inflammatory diseases, the evolution of surgical techniques and technology, and the transformative advent of dental implants, Dr. Suchow has remained at the forefront of the field. Recognizing the profound impact of dental implants early on, he pursued specialized surgical training at McGill University. His long-standing commitment to providing exceptional care is evident in his unwavering dedication to continuous learning, actively engaging with professional literature and participating in ongoing education in numerous capacities – as a lecturer, program coordinator, and a lifelong student.
